These terms apply to the websites operated by GVT Labs Limited at askgvt.com and gvtlabs.com (each a "Site", together the "Sites"). They govern your use of those websites and the marketing, information, and contact content we publish through them. They do not govern any AskGVT product (such as Studio, Roster, or the AskGVT consumer answer engine), which will be subject to separate terms presented to you at the point you sign up for or use that product.
By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Sites.
1. Who we are
The Sites are operated by GVT Labs Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office at Clifton House, Bunnian Place, Basingstoke, RG21 7JE, United Kingdom. References in these terms to "we", "us", or "our" mean GVT Labs Limited. References to "you" or "your" mean any person accessing or using the Sites.

2. Scope of these terms
These terms cover your use of the Sites as informational websites. They cover the content we publish, the way the Sites behave, and the basic rules of acceptable use.
They do not cover:
- Use of any AskGVT product, service, application, API, or platform. Those are subject to separate terms presented at the point of signup or use.
- Commercial arrangements between you and GVT Labs Limited, such as employment, partnership, supplier, or investor relationships. Those are subject to their own contracts.
- Conduct on third-party websites that the Sites may link to. Linked sites are not under our control and are governed by their own terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Sites. If you are under 16, please do not access or interact with the Sites, including by submitting any form or signing up for any communication. If we become aware that someone under 16 has submitted personal information to us through the Sites, we will delete it.
You also confirm that you are accessing the Sites in compliance with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.
4. What the Sites are for
The Sites describe GVT Labs Limited and AskGVT, the products we are building, the team, and how to get in touch. The content on the Sites is for general information only. Nothing on the Sites is:
- a contract or binding offer to provide any product or service
- a guarantee that any product or feature described on the Sites will be released, will work as described, will be available in your region, or will be priced or structured in any particular way
- financial, legal, tax, or professional advice
- an offer of securities or an invitation to invest
Products, features, and timelines we describe on the Sites are subject to change, and we may modify, delay, or discontinue any of them at our discretion. Anything described as forthcoming, planned, or in development is a description of intent at the time of writing, not a commitment.
5. Acceptable use
When you use the Sites, you agree not to:
- access the Sites by any automated means (scrapers, crawlers, bots) other than well-behaved search engine indexing, and you agree to respect the Sites' robots.txt and equivalent signals
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Sites or any related systems, networks, or accounts
- introduce any malicious code, virus, denial-of-service traffic, or other harmful content to the Sites
- copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or publicly display any content from the Sites except as permitted in section 6
- use the Sites in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, in any submission or communication through the Sites
- use the Sites to send spam, harvest email addresses, or run any unsolicited commercial activity
- interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Sites, including by overloading any infrastructure or attempting to circumvent any technical protection
We may suspend or restrict access to the Sites for anyone we reasonably believe is breaching these rules, without notice.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, video, design, layout, code, and the AskGVT and GVT Labs trademarks, is owned by GVT Labs Limited or licensed to us. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may view the Sites and print or save individual pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, frame, mirror, or publicly display any content from the Sites without our prior written permission, except that:
- you may quote short extracts of text content for journalistic, academic, or commentary purposes, with attribution to AskGVT or GVT Labs Limited and a link back to the source page
- you may link to any publicly accessible page on the Sites, provided the link is not framed inside another site's content in a way that misrepresents the source and not used to suggest any endorsement we have not given

7. Submissions and communications
If you submit any information to us through the Sites, for example by filling in a contact form, subscribing to a newsletter, or sending us an email, you confirm that the information is accurate, that you have the right to share it, and that sharing it does not breach any third party's rights.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, send you communications you've opted in to, and operate the Sites. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
We don't claim ownership of any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you send us. By sending them, however, you agree that we may use them without obligation to you (no attribution, no compensation, no confidentiality) for any business purpose, including improving our products and services. If you want to share something confidentially, please tell us before sending it and we'll discuss terms separately.
8. Third-party links and content
The Sites may link to third-party websites, products, or services. We don't control those, we don't endorse them, and we're not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or practices. If you follow a link off the Sites, you do so at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms.
9. Availability and changes to the Sites
We try to keep the Sites available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Sites at any time, with or without notice, and we may update the content of the Sites at any time.
10. Disclaimers
The Sites and everything on them are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the Sites or their content. This includes no warranty that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or virus-free; no warranty that any content on the Sites is accurate, current, or complete; and no warranty that the Sites are fit for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any consumer rights that apply to you and cannot be waived.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GVT Labs Limited will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Sites or your reliance on any content on the Sites, including (without limitation) loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
If we are found liable to you for any reason, our total liability for any matter relating to the Sites is limited to £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).
This section does not limit any liability described as unexcludable in section 10.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GVT Labs Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Sites.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Sites at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or that termination is necessary to protect the Sites, our users, or our business. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply after termination.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document shows when the current version took effect. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to draw them to your attention, for example by posting a notice on the Sites or by updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Sites after a change means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or their subject matter.
If you are accessing the Sites as a consumer, this section does not deprive you of any protection given to you by mandatory rules of the law of the country where you are habitually resident.
16. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Sites and supersede any prior agreement or understanding on the same subject.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
No partnership or agency. Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and GVT Labs Limited.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms to a successor or affiliate of GVT Labs Limited at any time.
Notices. Any notice or communication to us under these terms should be sent to ask@gvtlabs.com. We may communicate with you through the Sites or by any contact details you have provided to us.
